4Training-Weaning/Basic
Two to three-week course for weanlings. Daily handling including leading, tied up and groomed, load in a trailer, walk on the walker, enter and stand in the starting gates, be clipped and have their feet trimmed.

4Training-Starting
45-90 days of training resulting in a horse that will move confidently under rider at a walk, trot and lope, stop and back up.

4Training-Race
Race training and conditioning; racing in MN, SD, ND, IA.

4Lay-up
Stalled with daily turnout and/or exercise. Veterinary attention as needed.
